To Find your Sims 3 Product Code:
- Log into the EA App with your EA Account.
- Click on Sims 3 > Manage > View Properties and look for the Product Key.

You can download .Sims3Packs from the Exchange without logging in.
I tested the method that was previously shared here on reddit. It didn’t quite work for me, so I did some troubleshooting and found what worked for me:
This may not work for Sims 3 Store files, due to them being file protected.
- With browser of your choice go to the page of the item you want to download.
- Right-click on the page, and select View Source, or press Ctrl+U together to view source.
- After page has loaded press Ctrl-F together, and type in Sims3Pack in the box in the lower left corner and press enter. This will help find the download link.
- You might want to highlight, copy/paste the link into a new tab in the browser to download the file. — To highlight left-click drag mouse over link ; right-click it and select copy. It will ask you where you’d like to save it. It will save as a Sims3Pack file.
- Save it to a folder your desktop for temporary.
